The Jig by FSTS: professional knotting board
The Jig is a high-end aluminium and wood knotting board made entirely by FSTS. It clamps to any table edge up to 10cm thick, with a fully adjustable height and working angle that can tilt forwards and backwards for ergonomic knotting. The extendable frame reaches up to 83cm between hooks, making it suitable for dog leashes, belts and long cord projects as well as bracelets. Both the top and bottom are fitted with mechanically adjustable take-up hooks, and Halfcheck (Martingale) hooks are included as standard. Comes with a photo manual, mounting set, clamps and buckle tool. Three year warranty.
SpeedyJig: compact and practical
The SpeedyJig PLUS is a lightweight, affordable option for bracelets, monkey fists and smaller cord projects. A popular starting point for makers who want a reliable jig without the investment of a professional board.
Wooden paracord jigs
Wooden jigs are a practical mid-range option for bracelet making and dog collar projects. Lighter than aluminium models and easy to use on a desk or lap. The 58cm wooden jig comes with a paracord needle included.
Which jig do you need?
For bracelets and smaller accessories, a compact jig like the SpeedyJig is sufficient. For dog collars, leashes and longer projects, you need a jig with a longer reach and adjustable hooks. The Jig by FSTS handles both. Read our jig guide for a full comparison, or browse our dog collar DIY kits and bracelet DIY kits to see which projects your new jig can handle.
Optional accessories for The Jig
The Jig can be extended with a flexible smartphone holder for hands-free tutorial viewing, and a custom lap clamp that tensions long cords, ropes or belts with a 0 to 20mm range.
