Hemp Rope
Sustainable and ecological hemp cord by Hemptique. Made from 100% hemp, this cord is the perfect eco-friendly alternative to cotton or synthetic cords, ideal for macramé, jewellery, gift wrapping and much more.
What makes Hemptique hemp cord different
Hemptique's hemp cord is polished to eliminate stray fibres, maintain strand consistency, and bring out the brilliant colours of the dye. Compared to raw hemp cord, this gives a cleaner, more consistent strand to knot with, while still keeping hemp's slightly coarse, natural feel in the hand.
Sizes and sustainability
Available in 0.5, 1, 1.8 and 2 mm on 62.5 m spools, Hemptique hemp cord is biodegradable, oil-free and dyed with AZO-free dyes. Because the fibres can vary slightly between spools, expect small natural differences in colour and length from one spool to the next.

Yes, it's made from 100% natural hemp, is biodegradable, oil-free and dyed using AZO-free dyes, making it one of the more sustainable cord options in our range.
What sizes does hemp cord come in?
Hemptique hemp cord is available in 0.5, 1, 1.8 and 2 mm, each on a 62.5 m spool, giving you a size for anything from fine jewellery knotting to slightly heavier macramé work.
